At MT Massage Chair, we ensure that the products reach you in the shortest time and in the best conditions. Here is all the essential information about our delivery process:

📦 Delivery areas

We deliver throughout Cambodia, including rural areas.

International delivery is not available at this time.

⏱️ Delivery time

The standard delivery time is 3 – 7 working days from order confirmation.

Depending on stock availability, certain products may have a different delivery time. This will be communicated by phone or email.

🚛 Delivery method

The products are delivered by specialized courier, with careful handling, due to the size and weight of the massage chairs.

Upon delivery, the customer is asked to check the integrity of the packaging. If there is visible damage, please report it to the courier and refuse the package, stating the reason on the report.

💰 Shipping costs

Shipping is FREE for all massage chair orders.

For accessories or smaller products, a shipping fee may be charged, displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.

📍 Delivery to address

The courier delivers the package to the door of the building (ground floor).

For large armchairs, if you want delivery with handling to the home or floor, please specify this aspect in the order. The service may involve additional costs.

📦 Packaging and handling

The products are packed in protective boxes, on pallets, for maximum safety.

We recommend keeping the original packaging for a possible return or subsequent transport.

❗ Delays

Although we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays may occur in cases such as:

Adverse weather conditions

Busy periods (Black Friday, holidays)

Difficult to reach addresses

We will notify you in a timely manner in the event of an unforeseen delay.
