4. Product Description and Prices

We strive to provide as accurate descriptions and images as possible for all products. However, technical or typographical errors may occur. In such cases, MT Massage Chair reserves the right to correct these errors and cancel orders placed based on them.

The prices displayed are expressed in USD and include VAT. The cost of delivery is specified separately, if applicable.

5. Orders and delivery

The order is considered completed only after confirmation by phone or e-mail from our team. The delivery time is usually between 3 - 7 business days. Deliveries are made by express courier, throughout Cambodia.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain incomplete or suspicious information.

7. Return policy

Individual consumers can return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without justifying the decision, according to the legislation of OUG 34/2014. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging.

The products sold benefit from a legal warranty according to the specifications of each product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

9. Limitation of liability

MTMassageChair.ro is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of the site. We also do not assume responsibility for any damage resulting from using the products without following the instructions for use.

10. Personal data protection

We respect the data protection legislation (GDPR). The information provided by customers is used strictly for the purpose of processing orders and commercial communication. We do not transmit your data to third parties without consent.
