At MT Massage Chair, product quality is our top priority. All massage chairs sold on our website benefit from an official manufacturer's warranty, depending on the model chosen, as follows:
✅ Standard warranty: 24 months
✅ For legal entities: 12 months
✅ Extended warranty (optional): available for a fee for certain models
What the warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Electrical or mechanical system malfunctions
Components that do not function according to specifications
What is NOT covered:
Damage caused by improper use
Defects caused by incorrect handling, mechanical shocks, spilled liquids, etc.
Unauthorized interventions on the product
Normal wear and tear of the upholstery and aesthetic components
Procedure for requesting the warranty:

Provide the order number and description of the defect.
The technical team will analyze the request and, if necessary, send a technician or arrange for the product to be picked up for repair.
🔁 Return Policy
According to the legislation in force (OG 34/2014), you have the right to return the products ordered from our website within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without the need to justify the decision.
Conditions for return:
The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of wear or damage.
All original accessories and packaging must be returned with the product.
The return is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective upon delivery.
Steps for return:
Send a written request to contact@mtmassagechair.ro with the subject "Return request" and include your name, order number and reason for return.
After approval of the request, you will receive instructions on how to send the product.
After checking the product, we will make the refund within a maximum of 14 working days.
Important: If the product shows signs of excessive use, damage or is not returned completely, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund amount.

Can the chair be returned after testing?
Yes, the chairs can be tested at home and returned within the legal period, as long as they are in perfect condition.
The product arrived with a defect. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately for repair or replacement. The costs will be borne by us.
